I led the internal design team at VITA Clinic. I managed, motivated, and developed the design team. I was responsible for all marketing design, ensuring the creative product reflects the brand's tone and position. Collaborate on the ideation and development of innovative marketing campaigns.

At Color Man Food, I took on the Lead of Designer responsibilities, overseeing sub-brand images & mentoring designers. I managed & grew the team design, including brand, packaging, social media, and art direction. I also established a style guide and design system across all brands.
